2.3 Upon confirmation of the event’s admission the consent form is sent to the participant. If a participant signs off the consent form, materials collected during the events may be used by the organizer for the purposes of training, publicity and documentation.

3.1 GLENMAR DMCC may also carefully and responsibly permit third parties to inform participants/visitors about services which are related or similar with the area of the interest of the visitor/participant. 3.2 If during the event a participant is engaged in direct communication with GLENMAR’s partners and personal data is being shared, the use of that information is outside of GLENMAR’s control and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept any liability in this regard.
3.3 All unauthorized transmission or any kind of recording of the educational information presented during the event for the purpose of further distribution is strictly prohibited. The compensation for violation of intellectual property rights should be provided to the GLENMAR DMCC if such cases occur.
