Building on the success of the 2025 edition, which convened over 150 decision-makers from 15 countries, the II Central Asia Oil & Gas Forum returns to Tashkent on October 15−16, 2026.
The event is organized by Global Energy Markets (GLENMAR) and Commodity Trading Club, with UNG Overseas as Official Co-Host and CENTRUM Holding as Organizational Partner.
The Forum is a closed, executive-level working platform for Central Asia’s most influential energy leaders: senior executives from national oil companies, international traders, logistics operators, and investors.
Moving away from protocol speeches and mass exhibitions, the Forum focuses entirely on direct, practical dialogue. It provides a strategic space for key decision-makers to structure commercial deals, build partnerships, and advance real-world projects across the region’s rapidly evolving energy landscape — from shifting export routes and expanding refining capacities to dynamic trade flows linking Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caspian.

During the 2025 forum, Kazakh industry expert Askar Ismailov proposed connecting the gas systems of five countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The goal was to improve regional stability and supply.
Valérie Ducrot, Executive Director of the Global Gas Centre, called it "a new architecture for Central Asian energy cooperation" with potential to attract international investment.
Kazakh analytical portal Spik. kz covered the proposal and its reception at the forum.
Update — 2026
The proposal is now a $ 5 billion infrastructure project called the "Central Asia Gas Ring." It includes:
· $ 2 billion for new construction
· $ 3 billion for pipeline modernisation and digitalisation
· 3,000 km of pipeline to be upgraded or built
Strategic documents have been shared with regional leadership. The project was first discussed publicly at our October 2025 forum in Tashkent. Askar Ismailov has since joined the Global Gas Centre as Advisor on Central Asia.

If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to provide a delegate substitution, up to 24 hours prior to the event at no extra charge.
If you wish to transfer to a different event a 10% administration charge will be made if the transfer occurs between 10-29 days before the event.
If you fail to attend the event on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to GLENMAR then the event fee will remain payable in full.
- 30+ days before the event: 100%
- 14-29 days before the event: 50%
- 1-14 days before: no refund, but substitution is allowed
If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to provide a delegate substitution, up to 24 hours prior to the event at no extra charge.
