If you are unable to attend, the following cancellation charges (less an administration fee) will apply for written notice received:
- 30+ days before the event: 100%
- 14-29 days before the event: 50%
- 1-14 days before: no refund, but substitution is allowed
If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to provide a delegate substitution, up to 24 hours prior to the event at no extra charge.
If you wish to transfer to a different event a 10% administration charge will be made if the transfer occurs between 10-29 days before the event.
If you fail to attend the event on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to GLENMAR then the event fee will remain payable in full.
